Every claim carries its source

Health claims cite peer-reviewed studies or official regulatory sources. We link each citation to its source so readers can check the evidence. We separate what has been shown in humans from what has been shown in cells or mice, and we say when a result is a biomarker rather than an outcome a person would feel.

How we verify prices

We check prices against providers' own product and pricing pages and show when they were checked. We read the offer details as well as the headline rate, including renewal prices, required memberships and payment commitments.

When a headline number is not the number you would pay — a “starting at” floor, a prepaid block written as a monthly rate, an intro month, a membership stacked underneath — the review names that mechanism explicitly. When we cannot re-read a site, we say so and refuse to reprint an old figure as current. Prices carry the date they were verified so you can judge for yourself how fresh they are.

Benefits, costs and limitations

Reviews examine the offer a buyer would receive: its price, payment commitment, included care, pharmacy information and cancellation terms. We identify important limitations and conflicts between a provider's own pages, including for affiliate partners. Unknown details are described as unknown.

We do not assign scores or star ratings. Our conclusions explain who a program may suit, what to confirm before paying and what the clinical evidence can support.

Regulatory information

Where we identify an FDA warning letter, the relevant provider review names the entity and date and links to the official record. A letter records regulatory concerns; its current status and any FDA follow-up matter. It does not establish a treatment's clinical effectiveness.

The writing is research editing, not clinical practice: no medical credential is claimed here, and nothing on this site is medically reviewed or is medical advice. It is a reading of the published literature and of what sellers publish about themselves, and it is not a substitute for a conversation with a licensed clinician who knows your history.
