The NAD+ Price Index
There is no list price for NAD+. It is a compounded product sold cash-pay, so every provider sets its own number and prints it in whatever form flatters it most — a floor dressed as a rate, a promotional month dressed as a price, a figure that appears only after an intake form. This page records what each of the 50 providers on our index actually publishes, word for word, with the qualifier still attached.
Nothing here is normalized into a tidy per-month number, because normalizing is where the lie enters. “From $199” and “$199 flat” are different promises, and a table that turns both into 199 has destroyed the only fact worth reporting.

How we read every price
Every figure below was read on the provider’s own public storefront in a browser that runs JavaScript, not fetched, not taken from a cached blog post, and not inferred from a competitor’s comparison page. That distinction is not pedantry: a pass done with plain fetches had five rows wrong, including two providers described as publishing no price who in fact publish one on their own homepage.
Where a provider prints a qualifier, the qualifier is part of the price and travels with it. Where nothing is published, the row says so literally rather than borrowing a number from somewhere else. And where a storefront refuses automated access altogether, the row reports that too — a price-transparency index that quietly reprints a stale figure as though it were current has failed at the one job it has.

And these sell no NAD+ product of any kind, so they are not options here at all. They are compounded-GLP-1 weight-loss companies and a clinician marketplace, linked only from the clearly labeled adjacent module on our NAD+-for-weight-loss page, where the point being made is that NAD+ is not a weight-loss drug. We review them because we link to them and are paid when a reader starts care through that link, and because two of them are operating under an FDA warning letter, which the review pages state at the top: Sprout Health, Direct Meds, Found and Sesame Care.
What the spread does not mean
A price index invites one bad inference, so it is worth blocking directly: paying more here does not buy better evidence. The prescription rows at the top of this list sell compounded injectable and intranasal NAD+ — the two routes with no rigorous human trial behind them at all, not an outcome study and not even a published pharmacokinetic one. The cheapest rows on the index are oral NR capsules, which are the most-studied products in the entire category, with randomized trials showing they raise blood NAD+.
So this index ranks on price transparency, and price transparency alone. It is a measurement of how honestly a company prints a number, not a verdict on whether the thing in the vial works. Part of printing a number honestly is standing behind it. A seller whose own terms reserve the right to charge something else — for reasons a reader cannot work out in advance — ranks below one that publishes the same figure and honors it, because a price nobody is bound by looks like information without being any. A qualifier that is bounded and disclosed, such as a price that rises with your dose, is a different thing: we write it into the row rather than moving the row.
