partiQlar NMN Review: A Clean Capsule, Confusing Labels

partiQlar built its brand on a single idea: no proprietary blends, no fillers, one pure active ingredient per bottle, with the third-party paperwork published so you can check it. Applied to NMN, that is close to the right instinct — purity and verification are the buying factors that genuinely vary between NMN products, and most of the shelf offers neither.

The bottle mostly lives up to it. The catalog around the bottle does not. The product pages, Quality page, linked certificate and refund policy below were reread on October 15, 2026. Historical storefront observations are identified separately.¹⁰¹¹

What partiQlar's Pure NMN is

A 500 mg β-nicotinamide mononucleotide capsule, 60 capsules per bottle, vegan capsule shell, no other active ingredient. The raw material supplier is named on the page — Effepharm — which is more disclosure than most brands offer. partiQlar's own FAQ suggests starting at one capsule (500 mg) daily and moving to two (1,000 mg) only after several weeks.

The rendered October 2026 product page shows an autumn promotion: $55.24 for one bottle, down from $79.99; $127.47 for three (from $239.97); $220.99 for six (from $479.94), with an additional 15% off on subscription. At one capsule a day that is about $0.92 a day on sale and $1.33 at list — mid-market for NMN, and you can put it against the rest of the shelf in best NMN supplements and the NAD+ price index.

What the current lab report actually verifies

The current product-page certificate is newer than the one we read in August. It is a Certified Laboratories report for Icelandirect, Inc, sample NMN, capsule description, batch 23735-114574, accession 260611-0132, received June 11 and signed June 16, 2026. It reports 101.3% by HPLC against a 92.5%–107.5% specification. It does not report 522 mg per capsule or include heavy-metal or microbiology results.¹²

The Quality page still lists multiple NMN reports, including the historical lot 408006 report that previously linked from the product page. That older document showed 522 mg per capsule and broader testing; those results belong to that older lot. They must not be presented as the contents or contamination results of every current bottle. Match the lot code on the bottle to the relevant report, and request the rest of the batch testing if it is not posted.¹⁰¹²

Public lot documentation is a useful strength. It is not an independent test of a bottle we purchased, and the current one-page potency report alone does not verify every purity or safety claim on the sales page.

The uncomfortable finding: what is a "Pure NAD+ Capsule"?

partiQlar also sells a product called Pure NAD+ Capsules, at the same $55.24 from $79.99, on a page that is structurally identical to the Pure NMN page. This matters more than a naming quibble, because oral NAD+ and oral NMN are not the same purchase, and a shopper choosing between two same-priced bottles has every reason to think they are getting different molecules.

So we checked what partiQlar publishes about it:

• •The product photograph on the Pure NAD+ page is a photograph of a bottle whose label reads "PURE NMN — β-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide — Dietary Supplement — 60 Capsules."
• •The certificate linked from that page is the same June 2026 NMN report now linked by the Pure NMN page, for batch 23735-114574. It characterizes NMN, not a separately identified NAD+ formula.¹²
• •The Quality page lists certificate batches under NMN, NR, resveratrol, TMG, spermidine, berberine, quercetin, apigenin, Ca-AKG, L-glutathione and alpha-GPC. There is no NAD+ heading at all.
• •The Science page has explainers for NMN, resveratrol, quercetin, TMG and spermidine. There is no NAD+ section.
• •The page copy itself is the NMN page with the term swapped. Its FAQ says the capsules "consist only of genuine purity NAD+ with levels above 99%," and that "in clinical research, NAD+ has been used in doses ranging from 250 to 1,200 milligrams per day" — a dose range that comes from the NMN literature, restated with a different word in it.

We cannot open a bottle from the outside, so we will not tell you what is inside one. The shared current NMN certificate does not establish a distinct NAD+ formula. The bottle-photo, Quality and Science-page findings above were recorded in August; the October reread confirmed the shared certificate, rather than independently verifying every image and catalog entry again. Anyone comparing the two SKUs is comparing two names, not two verified formulas. (Buying NMN would in fact be the better outcome: NMN and NR are the precursors with human trials behind them, while oral NAD+ itself is a large molecule that the gut largely dismantles and rebuilds indirectly ¹. The catalog problem behind it

That duplicate is not a one-off. In August 2026 partiQlar's store had eight separate product pages selling what looks like the same NMN bottle — some with a magazine name built into the product title, one called "Pure NAD SL" whose page title is "Pure NMN Capsules", and two that look like internal test pages but are still live and selling to the public.

The store lists many more near-duplicates in the same pattern. None of this is dangerous, and none of it changes what is in the capsule. It does mean that "which partiQlar NMN am I looking at" has more than one answer, and that a brand whose stated core value is being "extremely particular about everything we do" is shipping a storefront that is not particular at all.

Claims that do not survive checking

"The world's only human clinical trial on NMN." The FAQ on partiQlar's product pages states that its supplier "Effepharm is conducting the world's only human clinical trial on Nicotinamide Mononucleotide." Effepharm's trial is real — a 66-person, 60-day study published in 2022, written by a single author employed by Effepharm ². But it is not the only one, and not close. Published human NMN trials include a dose-ranging randomized trial in healthy middle-aged adults ³, a controlled trial showing oral NMN safely raises blood NAD+ ⁴, a single-dose study in healthy men ⁵, a 12-week randomized trial on sleep, fatigue and physical performance in older Japanese adults ⁶, a trial reporting maintained walking speed and improved sleep ⁷, and the muscle insulin-sensitivity trial in prediabetic women ⁸. A PubMed search in August 2026 turned up nineteen randomized NMN trials. The claim is simply wrong on the published record.

The customer survey. Both product pages carry a block reading "We have conducted a mass survey of 12,198 customers," followed by: 97% felt more energy by the end of week 1, 94% noticed fewer wrinkles by week 3, 91% noticed much better sleep by week 2, 98% improved focus and cognition by week 4. No methods, no time frame, no response rate, no definition of any of those outcomes. For scale: a 2025 systematic review and meta-analysis of NMN and NR found no reliable improvement in skeletal muscle mass or function when actual trials were pooled ⁹, and the randomized trials that do report subjective gains report modest ones ⁶⁷. A self-reported customer survey is not evidence of that shape, and satisfaction figures in the nineties for a supplement should be read as marketing, not measurement. The October page now says customers rated their NMN experience, correcting the NR wording we recorded in August. That copy correction does not supply the missing survey methods or prove the reported outcomes.

"As Seen In." Three quotes praising the product sit under an "As Seen In..." heading, including "partiQlar's Pure NMN stands out as the most advanced in the market." None of the three quotes carries a publication name, author, date or link anywhere on the site. A logo strip runs nearby. An unattributed quote is not a citation, and a reader has no way to check who said it.

The enteric coating. The Pure NMN page states that each capsule "is lined with enteric coating to bypass the gut barrier and increase NMN's absorption." There is no published human trial showing that an enteric-coated NMN capsule raises blood NAD+ better than an uncoated one. Every trial cited above used ordinary oral dosing. It is a plausible engineering idea, not a demonstrated advantage — the same gap we document for other delivery upgrades in sublingual NMN vs capsules and liposomal NAD+ evidence. Notably, on the Pure NAD+ page that same bullet is replaced with "Light On The Stomach," which is a different claim about what is meant to be a differently named product.

The part that is true of every NMN brand

Even where partiQlar is right, the ceiling is low, and it is the ceiling of the whole category. Oral NMN reliably raises blood NAD+ and is well tolerated at studied doses ³⁴ — that is the better-supported ingredient effect; it is not proof of an individual response to this bottle. What does not follow is the felt payoff: pooled trials find no reliable muscle benefit ⁹, the strongest positive downstream result is narrow ⁸, and the subjective signals are small ⁶⁷. So "more energy by week 1, fewer wrinkles by week 3" is not a schedule the human evidence supports for anyone. Is partiQlar worth it?

• •What you are reliably buying: a single-ingredient 500 mg NMN capsule from a named raw-material supplier, with publicly available lot documentation whose coverage varies by report, at roughly $0.92 to $1.33 a day at one capsule daily, with publicly linked batch documentation. Its advertised guarantee needs to be read with the return policy below.
• •What you are not buying: a verified advantage from the enteric coating, anything the customer-survey percentages describe, or a "Pure NAD+" product that partiQlar has publicly distinguished from its NMN.
• •The friction: a storefront with duplicate and test URLs live to the public, unattributed praise quotes, a supplier claim that is false against the published record, and a separately named NAD+ page linking the same NMN certificate.

The fair verdict: consider partiQlar for its disclosed NMN dose and accessible batch documents, while matching the actual bottle lot and checking the return rules. If you are choosing between its "Pure NMN" and its "Pure NAD+ Capsules," everything the company publishes about the second one describes the first, so choose the one that names the molecule the trials actually studied.

Bottom line

partiQlar publishes a 500 mg NMN label and a current potency report, but those are not proof of the sales page's energy, wrinkle or aging timetable. The NAD+ page still links an NMN report, and the current potency certificate does not contain the broad safety panel found in the older lot report. Those are the distinctions to resolve before treating the marketing as verified.

Read the return policy before opening a bottle

The product page advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked. The linked policy is narrower: returns are generally limited to unopened, unused, sealed products within 60 calendar days of delivery. Opened or used products are excluded from ordinary returns, with any refund assessed individually by support. Obtain authorization first at help@partiqlar.com. Unless the item was incorrect, defective or damaged on arrival, return postage is the customer's responsibility; shipping fees are nonrefundable. Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within seven calendar days. Approved refunds follow receipt and inspection, with 5–10 business days allowed for processing.¹¹

That matters if you intend to try NMN before deciding whether to keep it. Do not assume the promotional guarantee grants an automatic refund for a partly used bottle. The product page also advertises cancel, skip or pause for subscriptions; check the next shipment and charge date before relying on those controls.¹⁰
