The injection carries the joint-lowest headline here — $79 a month, matched only by Taurus Meds, which does not ask you to prepay for it — and AgelessRx deserves genuine credit for printing the qualifier immediately beside it rather than in a footnote: "$79/first month. So the cheapest number here is a promotional rate on a prepaid quarter, and the price you settle at is $149, which is 60% above CoreAge's floor. What the evidence for this route shows
Compounded NAD+ is not an FDA-approved product, and the route sold here has no randomized human trial behind it: there is no published study showing that subcutaneous or intranasal NAD+ raises blood NAD+ in people, let alone that it improves energy, focus or any aging endpoint. What the clinical literature actually supports is the oral precursor NR, which does raise blood NAD+ in controlled trials — a different molecule by a different route. The patch deserves its own warning. AgelessRx's version is an iontophoresis device, which actively drives molecules through skin using a current rather than relying on passive diffusion — a real technology, and a materially different proposition from the passive wellness patches sold as "NAD+ patches" elsewhere. Even so, there is no published human study showing that this device raises blood NAD+, and the passive-patch category it will be compared against fails on skin-barrier physics alone.

That figure is internal, self-reported, uncontrolled and unpublished, and it is presented in the same visual register as the peer-reviewed credentials around it. A company competing in a healthspan prize on the strength of its research capability is exactly the company that should know why an 89% self-report from customers who have already paid is not evidence of anything. The refund position is the other thing to read before ordering: once the partner pharmacy has your order, AgelessRx states it cannot guarantee a refund.
