Bodybuilding Health+ publishes more NAD+ pricing than most of this index: a full matrix — injection at $129 the first month, $115 a month on a three-month block, $99 a month on six; nasal spray at $79, or $69 a month on three months. Three qualifiers turn that from a value story into a read-carefully story. Every multi-month "per month" figure is collected as a single upfront charge — six months of injection is $594 billed once. The $129 injection figure carries a "First Month" label with no standing price published behind it. And the site disagrees with itself: its own product page sells the same three-month injection supply for $497 that the main configurator sells for $345. Which price you pay appears to depend on which page you entered through.

What the evidence for this route shows

Compounded NAD+ is not an FDA-approved product, and the route sold here has no randomized human trial behind it: there is no published study showing that subcutaneous or intranasal NAD+ raises blood NAD+ in people, let alone that it improves energy, focus or any aging endpoint. What the clinical literature actually supports is the oral precursor NR, which does raise blood NAD+ in controlled trials — a different molecule by a different route. The product page dresses the mechanism as outcome — "NAD+ activates PARP enzymes that detect and repair damaged DNA strands" and "activate longevity pathways including sirtuins" — and claims levels decline "often by up to 50% by midlife". Mechanism is not efficacy: no trial of injected or nasal NAD+ shows any of that translating to a benefit, and the page's own disclaimer concedes the therapies are not FDA-approved for treating anything.
