bmiMD does the disclosure well and the advertising badly, on the same product. Its NAD+ page publishes every rung with the total charge beside each per-month figure — $159 month to month, $149 on three months billed as $447, $129 on six, $119 on twelve — so a prepay is visible without reaching a checkout, which most of this category will not do. NAD+ sits in its own Anti-Aging section beside sermorelin and glutathione, and the clinician visit, round-the-clock clinician access and shipping are inside the subscription with no separate membership. What the homepage advertises is the $119, which is the twelve-month rate; month to month is a third higher.
