The short version

Care Bare Rx discloses more than almost anyone on this board about everything except the thing you came for. Four dispensing pharmacies named, a medical team with NPIs, a checkable LegitScript seal, all 50 states plus Puerto Rico, FSA/HSA accepted. Its homepage prints four category floors side by side — weight loss $199, hair growth $99, sexual health $99, NAD+ therapy $199 — so a price does exist and we were wrong when we previously said none did. What does not exist is a price on the NAD+ page. Open the product and you get a description of what NAD+ is, a bullet claiming transparent pricing, and no number.

What the evidence for this route shows

Compounded NAD+ is not an FDA-approved product, and the route sold here has no randomised human trial behind it: there is no published study showing that subcutaneous or intranasal NAD+ raises blood NAD+ in people, let alone that it improves energy, focus or any aging endpoint. What the clinical literature actually supports is the oral precursor NR, which does raise blood NAD+ in controlled trials — a different molecule by a different route. There is an extra layer of uncertainty here: the product page describes the medication only as a "NICOTINAMIDE ADENINE DINUCLEOTIDE (NAD+) COMPOUND" and offers "fast-acting or daily options", never stating the route. Route is the single biggest determinant of whether NAD+ has any evidence behind it, so a product that does not say how it is administered cannot be evaluated on evidence at all.
