The short version

Embody sells compounded NAD+ two ways — a subcutaneous injection on a published protocol of up to 1000mg five days a week, and a nasal spray — both advertised at a fixed $99 a month with the telemed visit and prescription included, in all 50 states. The pricing FAQ is unusually direct: all-inclusive, no membership, and no automatic billing — you re-order each month through a patient portal instead of being charged on a cycle. The qualifier is the frame around the number: that $99 sits under a "limited summer sale — save $100 every month" banner, so the price it reverts to when the sale ends is not published, and canceling a month-to-month plan means calling a phone number.

What the evidence for this route shows

Compounded NAD+ is not an FDA-approved product, and the route sold here has no randomized human trial behind it: there is no published study showing that subcutaneous or intranasal NAD+ raises blood NAD+ in people, let alone that it improves energy, focus or any aging endpoint. What the clinical literature actually supports is the oral precursor NR, which does raise blood NAD+ in controlled trials — a different molecule by a different route. Embody's lander leans harder on unsupported framing than most of this index: "Start Aging Backwards", a "fountain of youth peptide" (NAD+ is a coenzyme, not a peptide), and "Scientifically Proven to Help You Feel Younger, Sharper, and More Alive" — none of which any human trial of injected or intranasal NAD+ supports.

What they would rather you skipped

The page sells a discount it will not define the end of. Every price on the lander is the sale price — "save $100 every month" — and no page states the list price, what happens to existing customers when the promotion ends, or what the subscribe-and-save commitments cost; the one number that would let you compare Embody to its own future self is missing. The marketing writes checks the science cannot cash: NAD+ is called a peptide (it is not), the therapy "scientifically proven" (no injected or nasal NAD+ trial in humans shows any of the promised outcomes), and the 180,000-customer count and 4.8 rating are self-published with no external register behind them. And a company whose pricing FAQ rightly brags about honest billing still makes you pick up a phone to cancel.
