Embody offers compounded NAD+ injection or nasal spray at $49 for the first month, then $99 a month, with the visit, prescription, supplies and shipping described as included. You pay first and complete the medical intake afterward; approval is still a clinician’s decision. Its cancellation instructions disagree: the NAD+ FAQ says to call, while the linked refund policy also permits email or the patient portal. That policy requires at least 72 hours before renewal and generally makes payment final, including when someone never completes intake. Medical disqualification can trigger a refund for the unused portion after services already provided are deducted.
NAD+ evidence
Compounded NAD+ is not an FDA-approved product, and the route sold here has no randomized human trial behind it: there is no published study showing that subcutaneous or intranasal NAD+ raises blood NAD+ in people, let alone that it improves energy, focus or any aging endpoint. What the clinical literature actually supports is the oral precursor NR, which does raise blood NAD+ in controlled trials — a different molecule by a different route.
