Our verdict
He & She MD sells NAD+ three ways — injection, nasal spray and a cream — and advertises the injectable at "$199/month from just $99/month", with 500 mg to 1000 mg options and the same price at every dose. What that page never says is what the $99 requires. There is no term ladder, no charged total and no commitment language on the NAD+ plan page at all. That is not a guess: the same company publishes exactly those things for its GLP-1 line, where $99 turns out to mean $1,188 charged up front for a year. Treat $199 as the number you can plan against, and read the $99 as a floor tied to a commitment the site has not named. One thing it does well: it names the pharmacy that dispenses, in full, with a street address and a phone number.
NAD+ evidence
This provider sells NAD+ by three routes and the evidence behind them is not equal. Injected and intranasal NAD+ have essentially no published human trials showing a clinical benefit — the price buys a route, not an outcome. The NAD+ cream is the transdermal route, for which this site's own evidence review finds no published human study at all, with skin-barrier physics working against it: NAD+ is a large, charged molecule and intact skin is built to exclude exactly that.
