Inner Balance sells the one genuinely different NAD+ route on this index: a daily sublingual dissolvable tablet at 200 mg a serving, marketed explicitly as needle-free against the IV and injectable products everything else here sells. The consult, unlimited clinical follow-up and shipping are stated as included, no labs are required to start, and it is the only entry on this board that states a pharmacy category — a national 503A pharmacy — while claiming NABP, PCAB and LegitScript certification for it. Two things sit hard against that. The only figure it publishes anywhere is "From $183/mo", and the nine-step quiz that would produce your actual plan asks about symptoms, age and priorities and then stops at a contact capture rather than a price. And its refund policy names NAD+ specifically among the products refunds do not apply to.

What the evidence for this route shows

Compounded NAD+ is not an FDA-approved product, and the route sold here has no randomised human trial behind it: there is no published study showing that subcutaneous or intranasal NAD+ raises blood NAD+ in people, let alone that it improves energy, focus or any aging endpoint. What the clinical literature actually supports is the oral precursor NR, which does raise blood NAD+ in controlled trials — a different molecule by a different route. This route needs one sentence more than the others, because it is the one most likely to be mistaken for the evidenced one. A sublingual NAD+ tablet is NOT the oral precursor the trials used. NR and NMN are precursors your cells build NAD+ from, and they have randomised human trials behind them; NAD+ itself is a far larger, charged molecule with no published human study showing that swallowing it or dissolving it under the tongue raises blood NAD+ at all. Needle-free is a real advantage over an injection on comfort. It is not an advantage on evidence.
