NAD+ evidence
Compounded NAD+ is not an FDA-approved product, and the route sold here has no randomized human trial behind it: there is no published study showing that subcutaneous or intranasal NAD+ raises blood NAD+ in people, let alone that it improves energy, focus or any aging endpoint.
