It publishes its NAD+ pricing properly: both routes, the first-month rate and the recurring charge, on the treatment page, before any intake — which is more than most of this index manages. What it does not sell is a month. After the discounted first month the only cadence is a twelve-week block paid up front, and the tidy per-month figures beside it are Pallas's own division of that block. That matters more than it sounds for anyone budgeting, because twelve weeks is not a quarter: a year is 4.33 of those cycles, so the annual cost lands above four times the block and the monthly average quietly understates it. One more thing worth knowing before you start from its front door — the NAD+ visit flow opens straight into goal questions with no price anywhere, so a reader who begins there never meets the ladder at all. The plan price does cover clinician care, check-ins and messaging with no separate membership, and nothing ships unless a clinician prescribes.
