at a glance
- price
- "From $129/month" and "$129 — Everything. Included." on the NAD+ page. The plan picker lists $169/mo (Monthly Plan, billed monthly), $149/mo (3-Month Plan, billed every 3 months) and $129/mo (6-Month Plan, billed every 6 months), the same for the injection, the nasal spray and the liposomal liquid.
- what you pay
- $169/month if you pay one month at a time. The lower rates are paid up front for the whole block: $447 every three months, or $774 every six. Medication ships monthly on every plan.
- pharmacy
- Not named. Every page lists a pharmacy address in Springville, Utah, and its phone number, but not the pharmacy's name or whether it is a 503A or 503B facility. Prescriptions are written by clinicians working with OpenLoop Healthcare Partners or MD Integrations, the medical groups named in RNK's terms. Ask which pharmacy will fill your NAD+ before you pay.
- states
- All 50 states, per RNK's terms, with the note that some medications or programs may not be available everywhere. Confirm your state during the quiz.

verdict
The short version
RNK Health sells compounded NAD+ three ways (an injection, a nasal spray and a liposomal liquid you swallow) on one price ladder: $169 billed monthly, $149 a month billed every three months, or $129 a month billed every six. The clinician consult, access to the medical team and shipping are listed as included, you can cancel online, and you get an email seven days before each renewal. Go in knowing that the $129 you see first is the six-month price, and that no dose is listed for the injection or the spray.
evidence
What the evidence for this route shows
Compounded NAD+ is not an FDA-approved product, and the route sold here has no randomized human trial behind it: there is no published study showing that subcutaneous or intranasal NAD+ raises blood NAD+ in people, let alone that it improves energy, focus or any aging endpoint. What the clinical literature actually supports is the oral precursor NR, which does raise blood NAD+ in controlled trials — a different molecule by a different route. RNK also sells a liposomal NAD+ liquid you swallow. That is NAD+ itself, not the precursor NR, and there is no comparable trial record showing that swallowed NAD+ raises NAD+ in people. The page's promises ("Endless Energy", "Clear the brain fog instantly", "Age Backwards") go further than any human study of these products.
pricing
What it actually costs
- advertised
- "From $129/month" and "$129 — Everything. Included." on the NAD+ page. The plan picker lists $169/mo (Monthly Plan, billed monthly), $149/mo (3-Month Plan, billed every 3 months) and $129/mo (6-Month Plan, billed every 6 months), the same for the injection, the nasal spray and the liposomal liquid.
- you pay
- $169/month if you pay one month at a time. The lower rates are paid up front for the whole block: $447 every three months, or $774 every six. Medication ships monthly on every plan.
- the catch
- The $129 printed first is the six-month rate, collected as a single $774 charge. Each plan is also shown as a percentage "saved" against a higher list price ($249 to $269 a month) that is not offered as a plan.
Other money you will meet
- No membership fee is listed; the consult and medical team are part of the price
- Renewal charges are final once processed. Cancel at least 72 hours before your billing date
- The terms say pharmacy, dispensing or shipping fees may be charged separately from RNK's own fees, even though the homepage advertises free shipping and no hidden fees. Ask at checkout
Prices are from RNK Health's own website and can change without notice.
fit
Who this is and is not for
Buy it if
- You want a clear month-to-month price before filling anything out: $169, shown next to the longer plans
- You would rather use a nasal spray or a liquid than inject, and do not want to pay more for that
- You want to cancel online rather than by phone, with a reminder email a week before each charge
- You plan to stay six months and are comfortable paying $774 at once for the lower rate
Look elsewhere if
- You want to know your dose before you sign up: none is listed for the injection or the nasal spray
- You want to know which pharmacy makes your NAD+: it is listed by address and phone, not by name
- You want a refund if it does not suit you: charges are final unless a clinician turns you down or the order arrives damaged
- You want trial evidence that injected, nasal or swallowed NAD+ delivers what the marketing promises
included
What is inside the price
- consult
- Included. A U.S. clinician reviews your intake online, and "Physician Consultation" is listed as part of the price.
- labs
- Not required up front. The refund policy says blood panels are covered by the subscription if your clinician asks for them.
- follow-ups
- A refill or follow-up form is needed before each shipment, and your plan keeps billing while it is pending.
- human support
- "Unlimited Access to our expert Medical Team" is listed in the price, and the refund policy describes a 24/7 patient support line.
- supplies
- Not itemized. Ask whether syringes and alcohol swabs come with the injection.
- shipping
- Advertised as free, with "Delivery in Just 48 Hours". Medication ships monthly even on the 3- and 6-month plans.
the downsides
What they would rather you skipped
The price you see first is not the price most people will pay. "$129 — Everything. Included." is the six-month rate, charged as $774 at once; month to month it is $169. The homepage promises "Free Shipping + No Hidden Fees", while RNK's own terms say pharmacy, dispensing or shipping fees may be charged separately. And no dose is listed for the injection or the nasal spray, so you cannot tell what $169 buys here compared with elsewhere until a clinician writes the prescription.
And the rest
- The headline $129 is the six-month rate; month to month is $169
- No dose or vial size is listed for the injection or the nasal spray
- The pharmacy is listed by address only, not by name
- Charges are non-refundable once processed, and a dose you did not expect is not grounds for a refund
- Your plan keeps billing while a refill form is pending
- Claims such as "Clear the brain fog instantly" go beyond the evidence for any NAD+ route
