Our verdict
Start with the fact that decides whether you read further: in September 2025 the FDA issued a warning letter to Sprout Health Partners LLC dba Sprout Health, the entity named in the copyright line of Sprout's own site. The letter is public, it concerns the unlawful sale of unapproved and misbranded drugs to US consumers over the internet, and it is on the record. The current GLP-1 page publishes renewing plans rather than an unexplained first-month teaser. Semaglutide is $149 every four weeks or $1,188 for twelve months; tirzepatide is $199 every four weeks or $1,788 annually. Intermediate plans have their own prepaid charges and cadences. The page expressly says dose changes do not change the price. Medication, supplies, clinician review and shipping are included. Read the separate refund policy: review can leave a $50 retained fee, prescriptions sent to the pharmacy are final, and cancellation needs 48 hours before the next billing date.
NAD+ evidence
The route question this site normally asks does not apply here, and saying so plainly is more useful than forcing it: Sprout Health sells no NAD+ in any form, so there is no NAD+ delivery route to assess. What it sells are GLP-1 receptor agonists, and that class does have what NAD+ therapy does not — large randomized controlled trials with hard weight and cardiometabolic endpoints. The important qualifier is that those trials tested the FDA-approved branded products, not the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide that are Sprout's two cheapest tiles. Sprout states the distinction itself in its footer: compounded GLP-1 and GIP/GLP-1 medications "are not approved by the FDA and have not been evaluated for safety, effectiveness, or quality by the FDA." Read alongside our own evidence page, the summary is that GLP-1 drugs work for weight loss and NAD+ does not, and that a compounded copy inherits the molecule but not the trial data.

Limitations and policy details
The FDA issued a warning letter to Sprout Health Partners LLC dba Sprout Health in September 2025, and it is on the agency's public record under that name: search the FDA warning-letter database for "Sprout Health Partners" and that letter is the only record it returns. We won't characterize the agency's case — the letter is published and states it better than a summary would — but its existence and its date matter to anyone about to hand this company a payment and a medical history. Separately, annual prices are monthly equivalents paid for a longer term, while the entry plan charges every four weeks. The six-month rate labels do not reconcile neatly with their 26-week billing totals, and the older refund-policy subscription description omits the current annual plan. Use the actual charge and renewal date, and get any discrepancy resolved before paying.
