ReadyRx Review: NAD+ Pricing, Prepayment and Cancellation

ReadyRx's NAD+ injection page lists $170 for the first month and $190 thereafter for the 500 mg vial on the monthly plan. The 1,000 mg vial is $220 initially and $240 thereafter. Its nasal spray has the same $170-then-$190 monthly ladder as the smaller injection. Lower figures on the quarterly tab require prepayment.¹⁰¹¹

The monthly and quarterly plans have different payment commitments. The cancellation instructions and identity of the care and pharmacy providers also deserve attention before enrolling.

Compare the plan and full charge

The quarterly tab advertises the 500 mg injection and 15 mL nasal bottle at $130 for the first month, then $150 per month, and the 1,000 mg vial at $180 initially, then $200 per month. Its footnote says these prices apply to quarterly plans paid upfront. They are advertised monthly equivalents within a prepaid arrangement, not permission to pay $130 once each month.¹⁰¹¹

The public table does not display a final aggregate first-quarter charge in the view reviewed. Ask whether the introductory discount applies to one month or the whole prepaid block, obtain the total first payment and next renewal charge, and save the answer with the selected plan. We did not enter checkout to resolve those amounts. Multiplying a headline by three without confirming the promotion would create a quote the page does not provide.

For a flexible price comparison, the monthly plan's $190 ongoing 500 mg injection rate is more useful than its first-month promotion. The NAD+ price index separates that comparison from commitment and route. A temporary promo-code banner can change the first charge again; it does not establish a new standing rate.

What is included, and what the label still needs to show

The current injection selector identifies 500 mg and 1,000 mg vials. The nasal page identifies a 15 mL bottle. The current plan page does not confirm the nasal concentration. Ask for the full label and total supplied amount before comparing value.¹⁰¹¹

The product pages advertise free shipping, unlimited physician messaging, personalized protocols and third-party testing. Those are seller claims about the package. They do not mean we verified a dispensing lot, received clinician care or tested medication. Confirm whether any consultation, required laboratory work or supplies create a separate charge.

Auren Rx publishes nasal concentrations and bottle sizes, which makes within-route comparisons possible once both labels are known. Cancellation now has conflicting instructions

The September 23 terms retain an earlier subscription clause allowing an email to support@readyrx.com and requiring cancellation at least four business days before the renewal processing date. A later Refund and Return Policy section says cancellations must be initiated, documented and completed through the customer dashboard.¹²

Use the dashboard process, retain its confirmation and contact support if the account does not show the subscription canceled. Ask which processing date controls your deadline, especially for a prepaid plan. The terms say the first renewal may charge early, and later shipments may be charged and shipped up to three days early. Waiting for the expected delivery date can be too late to prevent another charge.

Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current period, without a prorated refund for unused time. A future-renewal cancellation and a refund request for an existing order are separate actions. The conflicting instructions are a reason to obtain confirmation, not a basis for assuming one channel will automatically suffice.

Refunds and order problems

The policy generally makes sales final once an order has been processed, shipped or delivered, subject to its exceptions and applicable law. If prepaid treatment becomes unavailable, it describes a suitable alternative or a prorated refund for the unavailable portion when no suitable alternative exists. Report an incorrect charge or order error to support within five business days of the delivery-confirmation notice, as the policy specifies.¹²

ReadyRx also publishes a weight-loss guarantee with separate requirements. That is not a NAD+ satisfaction guarantee and should not be used to assume a refund after trying NAD+. The policy otherwise leaves certain refunds or credits to case-by-case discretion and excludes ordinary returns or exchanges.

Who operates ReadyRx?

The current Terms of Use and Privacy Policy both identify Ready Health Ventures Inc. and are dated September 23, 2026. The terms also provide a legal-notice mailing address at 1007 N Orange St., 4th Floor, Ste. 1382, Wilmington, Delaware 19801.¹²¹³

The product and legal pages reviewed still did not name the particular dispensing pharmacy, assigned clinician or NAD+-specific state list. The terms describe third-party pharmacies and medical groups as categories rather than assigning a named facility to a buyer. Before paying, ask for eligibility at your treatment location, the prescribing entity, the dispensing pharmacy and the complete formulation.

What the clinical evidence can support

ReadyRx markets cellular energy, repair and healthy aging. Those mechanisms do not establish the effect of its home injection or nasal prescription. Published subcutaneous pharmacokinetic data and an established routine wellness benefit remain limited. The 2019 six-hour IV pilot measured plasma and urine metabolites ³; it did not test this product. A separate intramuscular hearing-loss hospital trial cannot validate a different home protocol. Nasal NAD+ studies cited in this category include rodent stroke and traumatic-brain-injury experiments ⁴⁵. General nose-to-brain delivery research is not a clinical trial of this spray ⁶. Our nasal evidence review covers that gap.

A 2018 NAD+-related mouse study used a DNA-repair-deficient model. It is not evidence that these home prescriptions prevent dementia in people ².

Oral NR is a separate molecule with human studies showing increased blood NAD+ ⁷⁸. Even for precursors, pooled metabolic effects remain inconsistent ⁹. Compounded NAD+ is not an FDA-approved product; clinician review and advertised testing do not turn an uncertain clinical effect into a proven result.

Is ReadyRx worth comparing?

ReadyRx provides a useful plan ladder, and the monthly option exposes the ongoing rate clearly once the page finishes loading. The buyer tradeoffs are the quarterly upfront commitment, unresolved total first-block quote, limited public assignment details and conflicting cancellation channels. The newer matching operator documents are an improvement and should be credited.
