The FAQ says longer plans lower the per-month cost, while the terms say prescription and protocol fees are described at checkout. That does not tell us whether $129 applies to one month, a longer commitment, a prepaid total divided into months or another configuration. A different treatment’s pricing cannot resolve the NAD+ offer. ⁹¹⁰

The public program page does not disclose the vial concentration, vial volume, total milligrams, prescribed frequency or the number of injections included at that price. Without those details, a cost-per-dose comparison would be invented. On the NAD+ price index, compare a starting figure with other starting figures rather than treating it as a confirmed month-to-month charge.

Before accepting a plan, request its total initial charge, renewal amount and interval, shipment schedule, medication quantity and cancellation effect in writing. For three- or six-month options, ask whether the entire term is charged upfront and what happens to undispensed medication if you stop. The public terms do not settle those questions.

The terms identify Trellis Vitality, LLC as the platform operator and say there is no membership requirement, plans differ by duration, and buyers may pause or cancel anytime. They also say refund eligibility is determined per order and direct buyers to customer support. ¹⁰

That is more limited than a money-back guarantee. The public terms do not provide a cancellation deadline before a renewal, a pro-rata refund formula, a guaranteed refund if a clinician declines treatment or a precise point at which an order becomes nonrefundable. Cancellation may stop future care without reversing a charge already incurred; confirm the rule for the actual plan before paying. A customer-support decision should not be assumed to be an unconditional refund right.

Clinicians, pharmacy and testing disclosure

The NAD+ FAQ names Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, medical director Dr. Sean Arora, and NPI 1841729449. It identifies VialsRX in Houston as the dispensing pharmacy; the current terms additionally publish its address, phone number and website. These are useful identities to confirm against the prescription and shipment paperwork. ⁹¹⁰

Trellis says batches undergo potency, sterility, pH and endotoxin checks. The pages reviewed do not provide a lot-specific laboratory report that lets a buyer independently verify the actual dispensed vial. Ask the pharmacy about the assigned lot, beyond-use date, storage instructions and how to report a damaged or questionable shipment. A manufacturing/testing statement and a demonstrated health benefit are separate claims. ⁹

The site advertises service in all 50 states but qualifies that medications, formulations and fulfillment can vary with state rules. Its terms require adults 18 or older and clinical eligibility. The actual prescribed formulation and delivery address still need confirmation. ¹⁰

Trellis and The Edit share a clinical group

Trellis and The Edit both identify Arora Health & Aesthetics and the same medical director. They disclose different pharmacy arrangements and prices, so their commercial offers can be compared. However, they are not independent medical organizations for someone seeking an outside second opinion. Sharing a group does not prove that the same individual clinician would review both applications.

What the science supports

The store’s comparison calls oral precursors low-yield and its injection the highest-yield route. The cited human evidence does not establish that this home subcutaneous protocol provides better energy, focus, recovery or aging outcomes than an oral precursor. The 2019 IV pilot measured plasma and urine metabolism during a six-hour infusion; it did not establish routine wellness benefits, and an IV experiment cannot establish efficacy for this subcutaneous program. ²

Oral NR does have controlled human evidence for raising blood NAD+ ³⁴ and altering the skeletal-muscle NAD+ metabolome ⁵. The downstream benefits remain less dependable: pooled metabolic outcomes are limited and inconsistent ⁶, and an NMN trial’s biomarker response does not establish a broad functional payoff ⁷. Trellis may suit someone who specifically wants clinician-guided home injections and is willing to obtain a complete written quote before deciding. Its named group and pharmacy and its public acknowledgment that compounded products are not FDA-approved are useful disclosures. The limitation is the combination of a starting price, undisclosed medication quantity and discretionary refund language. The public offer cannot yet support a precise value comparison. ⁹¹⁰
